IMPORTANT COVID-19 UPDATE💥💥

To our dearest Pet Doctor clients,
We are just as nervous about a second wave as you are, so to ensure we stay ahead of the virus we have introduced some new procedures at our clinic.
1. Limited numbers inside - we are strictly adhering to a maximum of three people with their pets in reception at any one time.
2. One owner per pet - please don’t bring the family along for your vet checkups! Exceptions will be made if it’s time to say goodbye.
3. Intercoms - please ring the intercom at the door when you arrive, our staff inside will respond to you as soon as there is space within the clinic.
4. Sanitize! - please ensure you sanitize your hands before entering the clinic.
5. Social distancing - you will see the demarcated lines and signs within the clinic, please follow these.

We need our Pet Doctor team healthy and well so we can provide the best care to your pets! Your patience during this difficult time for all of us is very much appreciated - stay safe!

Love, the Pet Doctor team🐶🐱
